We always love having Bánh mì or the Vietnamese Sandwich, the combination of ingredients from France like baguettes, pâtè, jalapeño, and mayonnaise, with native Vietnamese ingredients, such as coriander, cucumber, and pickled carrots and daikon. It's so flavorful and the crunch of the baguette when biting it out, that's my favorite moment!
Recently we started our artisanal baguette hunting journey by visiting several French bakeries in the bay area and grabbing their signature baguettes to pair with our gourmet cheese. So far, we like the classic and sweet baguettes the best and now having it delivered to our door every Friday along with some other pastries and dairies. It's just so convenient with lots of fun creating new sandwiches from the fresh baguette every week and sharing the joy with family at home.
